Ludrong Training Institute provides Study Aboard Programs for international students in Bhutan. We offer international students to experience a comprehensive understanding of Bhutan's natural beauty, cultural richness, and inner peace/happiness, wellness, environment and rural life styles. It is also aimed to foster cross-cultural exchanges and enhance global awareness. The Institute/Center shall position Bhutan as a premier destination for educational tourism. We also support sustainable development goals through education and cultural preservation. As a special agenda we will provide scholarships for Bhutanese students at learn international level in Bhutan alongwith foreign students.

Course Contents:

1. The Essence of Bhutan - Art and Culture Immersion

General Objective is to deepen participants' understanding of Bhutan’s artistic heritage and culinary traditions through experiential learning. This program provides an immersive journey into Bhutan’s cultural essence through art, crafts, and culinary traditions. Participants will explore Bhutanese painting, wood carving, textile weaving, and traditional cooking, enriched by field trips to monasteries and cultural landmarks.

2. EcoOdyssey in Bhutan - Exploring Nature, Conservation, and Adventure

The EcoOdyssey offers a comprehensive exploration of Bhutan’s biodiversity and conservation practices. Participants will gain hands-on experience in biodiversity survey techniques, conservation tools, and the integration of Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK). Field trips to Bhutan’s pristine ecosystems provide practical insights into conservation and agroecological zones, fostering an appreciation for Bhutan’s unique natural heritage.

3. Rooted in Bhutan: English Through Culture and Nature

This programs is aimed to improve English proficiency while promoting Bhutanese cultural appreciation and global connections. This program combines English language learning with Bhutanese cultural experiences, providing a holistic educational journey. Participants enhance their English skills while exploring Bhutan’s heritage and eco-adventures, fostering cross-cultural understanding.

Assessment and Certification Details

Trainee Assessment (If any)

Quiz and group work and assessments will be conducted to access students. An assessment shall be carried out at the end of the course. Assessment of journals will also be done

Training Evaluation:

Training Feedback evaluation shall be carried out at the end of the program. Both the assessment on training contents and resource persons shall be carried out.

Certificate awarded:

Certificate will be awarded upon the completion of course. We will also target to get all courses accrediated by authorized agencies.
